Good News: Last week I was doing great exercising and managed to do it three days in a row! YAY! Bad News: I got sick at the end of the week and was unable to exercise any more because of bad headaches and nausea. More Good News: I lost four pounds (probably because of the nausea and not the exercising- but hey I will take it.)
The Little Write Gal is sick now with a sinus infection so no exercising for me today. Hopefully when she is better I can get back to it. She is Mommy’s biggest motivator.
How are you sticking to your resolutions?

I hope everyone has a Happy New Year! May 2010 bring you lots of happiness. I have to say that I am glad to see 2009 go as it has been a very hard year for me. As you may remember from my previous posts this year, not only did I lose my Dad but my good friend Lois as well. This is honestly a year that I want to forget. I hope that 2010 is a year of joy and happiness for all. Thank you for reading my blog. I am looking forward to lots more posting in the new year!
With 2010 right around the corner have you made any New Year’s resolutions yet? Making resolutions is a very common practice and even our federal government has a page on the most popular New Year’s resolutions. According to this site, the most common resolutions are to lose weight, manage debt, and save money.
Every year I try to make multiple resolutions which usually equals FAIL. This year I am going to resolve to make ONE resolution and hopefully stick with it. Like most Americans I would like to lose some weight in the new year but even more important to me is to be physically fit. So I am trying to get in the habit of exercising at least four times a week and am happy to report that I have exercised now for two consecutive days for 30 minutes! Yay! I have this Kathy Ireland Total Fitness Workout at home that I used to do a long time ago. It is very motivating so I thought I would dust it off and start using it again. I will let you know how it goes.
What are your resolutions for 2010?
